The above verse tells us that it is never allowe for a nephew to marry his aunty so therefore he becomes her mehram. Since he is her merham all the rules that apply to non mehram do not apply to him so for example he can accompany her to ..... to travel without a mahram, whether she is travelling to do an act of worship such as Hajj or visiting her parents in order to honour them and be kind to them, or travelling for permissible purposes such as going on vacation etc. ...
